fall judged show & fall harvest festival art sale opportunity

ELIGIBILITY & INFORMATION
This event takes place at The Studio and is open to artists’ original works of art completed within the past five years. Art must be matted or framed with wire (only) and ready to hang.
Art that has received a cash award previously in any Currahee Artist Guild festival is not eligible for judging.
You may enter as many categories as you wish, but no more than three pieces per category will be eligible for judging. (This includes Sets)

Judging takes place in the The Studio. Each artist entered into the juried show are provided with wall space and/or table space for each category entered.

Best in Show - $200
Marilyn McNeely Award - $75
Exhibitor’s Choice Award -$75
Viewer’s Choice Award - $75
Each Category with four or more entrants:
1st place = $75
2nd place = $50
3rd place = $25
honorable mention = ribbons

Awards and ribbons will be presented on Sunday at 4PM

Entry fee
Guild members: $20 per category
Non Guild Members: $35 per category
Submit up to three pieces per category.
There will be a 20% commission charged to any sales inside The Studio during the event.
Deadline to enter: Oct. 21
Artists must return completed registration form with payment by October 21. Entries after that date will not be accepted - no exceptions.

Check-in & Set up for judged show
Artists must deliver their three (3) pieces of work on Wednesday, October 23 or Thursday, October 24 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to qualify for judging.

Outside sales opportunity at the Harvest Festival
There is a $10 entry fee to sell your work outside on the street during the Harvest Festival if you choose to do so.

Set up: Sat. 10AM. / Take Down: after the awards ceremony on Sunday.

The Guild has a limited number of panels and canopies for use if you do not have your own. Depending on the level of participation, canopies and / or panels may need to be shared with another artist. ​​​

To enter the judged show and Fall Harvest Festival outside sale (optional) please download and print the form below and submit along with payment to the Currahee Artists Guild no later than OCT 21st. Cash or check only accepted at this time.
